YDF jet induction fan is a type of induction fan with a built-in nozzle, which can be composed of multiple induction fans to form an induction system. Under the condition of no air duct, multiple induced draft fans are arranged in a certain distance and direction, and a small amount of high-speed jet gas is used to drive the surrounding static air, achieving efficient and economical ventilation and air exchange. It can also be separately arranged in the ventilation dead corner area to dilute the exhaust gas by inducing high-speed jet flow from the fan. According to user needs, pollutant concentration sensing devices and controllers can be equipped to achieve automatic control (intelligent induction fan).

Processing technology

The impeller and casing of the fan are made of high-quality galvanized sheet metal, all produced in molds, using riveting, biting and other methods to ensure a clean and smooth surface. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance correction, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G4.3 level.

The soundproof box body of the fan adopts a frame and box plate assembly design. The frame is made of advanced metal cold bending unit and stretched in one go (aluminum alloy profile frame can also be used according to user needs). The box plate is made of aluminum zinc plated board, with a clean and beautiful surface, strong corrosion resistance, and a high-temperature resistant sound-absorbing board as the interlayer, which can further reduce noise. The inner layer is galvanized sound-absorbing micro perforated board.
