Installation:

1. Before installing the combing machine, the main components (such as electric heating plates, pressure devices, frames, etc.) should be evenly and independently separated, and the vulcanizing machine should be transported to the site on time for temporary on-site installation.

2. Each independent component is also frequently moved. Generally, the heaviest parts can be carried by two people, so installation and disassembly are relatively convenient.

3. Before installation, find a spacious area for the installation of the tape conveyor. In this place, there is not only an uncertain operating area and space, but also a place for placing tape and convenient power wiring.

4. Before installation, disassemble several sets of upper rollers on the installation line of the tape conveyor and use techniques to build a work platform. If bonding in the wild, build a temporary rain shelter with canvas around the work platform.

5. The tools for installing the vulcanizing machine, the tools for processing tape joints, and the power wires are ready; And confirm whether the adhesive materials (such as cover glue, core glue, and glue paste) are within their validity period, manufacturer, and production date.
