This machine tool adopts Siemens802CThe numerical control system is used for control, and the main motion adopts a high-performance spindle variable frequency motor; The worktable circular motion and tool circular motion are both driven by high-performance AC servo motors, which can freely set the parameters of the tool and workpiece, and freely set the circular motion speed, achieving stepless speed regulation and automatic speed change during rough and fine cutting conversion.

The radial feed motion is driven by high-performance AC servo drives and AC servo motors. The column and tool holder are moved by precision ball screws to achieve radial feed. The feed speed, cycle number, and cutting depth can be set arbitrarily; The machine tool uses the swing of the tool holder to achieve rigid internal and external cam feeding, and the column moves for radial feed; The machine tool has the function of multiple automatic processing cycles and can achieve automatic or non automatic speed changes for rough and fine machining during the machining process. The electrical cabinet, hydraulic station, and chip removal device of the machine tool are separated from the main engine. The lubrication system adopts a combination of automatic lubrication, manual lubrication, and centralized lubrication, and the oil supply at the lubrication points can be adjusted. The chip removal adopts magnetic automatic chip removal method.
The worktable of this machine tool is rigidly connected to the bed body. During the machining process, the worktable does not perform radial feed motion, but uses column movement to achieve tool radial feed motion. The feed guide rail has high guiding accuracy and good rigidity, and the worktable machine tool moves smoothly with good process adaptability.
