
1、 Overview
Land based oily wastewater is generated from various industries and has the characteristics of multiple sources and wide coverage. It is a type of organic wastewater with a large quantity and serious pollution situation. The oil type, composition, degree of oil-water mixing, and production conditions of oily wastewater in land areas are much more complex than those of oily wastewater from ships in sea areas.
Due to the complex composition and high discharge requirements (≤ 10 milligrams/liter) of land-based oily wastewater compared to marine ship wastewater, special treatment methods must be considered for land-based oily wastewater treatment devices to adapt to the difficulty and requirements of oily wastewater.
The YJ-YSF series oil-water separator is designed by our company based on the characteristics of oily wastewater, widely absorbing advanced marine and land oil-water separation technologies from home and abroad, and comprehensively adopting the latest scientific research achievements of multiple oil-water separators. After application tests in dozens of units across the country, including Jilin Songhua River Thermal Power Co., Ltd., Tongren Kaide Substation, Shanghai Shenneng Xinghuo Thermal Power Co., Ltd., Hebei Tianxin Energy Co., Ltd., Zhoushan Yuanye Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., Jiulong Paper Industry Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Changrong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., it has been proven that the performance is good, the separation efficiency is significant, and it fully meets the national discharge standards for oily wastewater on land.
The processing device will strengthen gravity separation, coarsening, and adsorption agglomeration processes to organically combine into a steel circular integral structure, which will be combined with the infusion pump, electrical control cabinet, electric heating, resistor, to form the processing device. The treatment process fully utilizes the gravity separation characteristics and the characteristic factors of different separation materials, thus having a wide adaptability to various difficult oily wastewater treatment conditions. It can be fully applied to the treatment of gasoline, diesel, engine oil, lubricating oil, some heavy oil wastewater, and oily wastewater containing a small amount of suspended solids that do not contain surfactants or emulsifiers.
This device has the advantages of compact structure, simple operation, convenient management, high separation efficiency, and low energy consumption. The treated water can be directly discharged or reused, and the extracted waste oil can be directly reused. It has good economic benefits in energy conservation, water conservation, and environmental protection, and is an ideal equipment for treating oily wastewater.
2、 The process flow is as follows:
Oily wastewater → sedimentation oil separation tank → inlet pump → oil-water separator → qualified drainage
III Process description:
After preliminary sedimentation, oily wastewater is pumped to an oil-water separator for treatment. The sedimentation oil separation tank has the function of regulating water volume, removing larger suspended particles, and partially separating them into oil. Most of the suspended particles and oil will be removed. After sedimentation and oil separation, most of the suspended solids in the water will be removed, and the oil content in the water can be reduced to around 50-100 mg/L.
The YJ-YSF coarse-grained oil-water separation device is equipped with a coarse-grained composite element made of secondary polymer fiber material inside. Under the capture and polymerization of the coarse-grained composite element, oil droplets are separated from water, ensuring that the oil content in the discharged water reaches below 10mg/L. Floating oil enters the oil collection chamber of the equipment, and when the oil layer reaches a certain thickness, personnel are regularly arranged to discharge it into the oil collection tank.
