Swing pellet machine:
The swing pellet machine is mainly composed of a hopper, rollers, screen mesh, and mechanical transmission system. When it works, the mechanical transmission system drives the drum to rotate. There are seven trapezoidal "scrapers" on the drum, and the screen mesh with a wheel clamp is tightly attached to the bottom of the drum. The clustered materials are added by the feeding hopper, and due to the forward and reverse rotation of the drum, the scraper exerts pressure and shear on the wet materials. Squeeze the material through the sieve into granules.
The tightness of the feeding plate and sieve position directly affects the quality of the particles produced during the operation of the swing granulator. When there is a large amount of material in the feeding hopper and the sieve is relatively loose, the rotation of the drum can increase the number of times the soft material passes through the sieve, which can make the particles harder.
The particles produced by the swing particle mechanism generally have a uniform particle size distribution, which is beneficial for the uniform drying of wet particles. Its main features are that the rotation speed of the rotating drum can be adjusted, the screen mesh is easy to load and unload, and its tightness can be adjusted appropriately. The mechanical transmission system is completely sealed inside the body and equipped with a regulating system, which improves the service life of the components. However, due to the granulation process being directly compressed by the drum onto the sieve, the friction force of the material on the sieve is relatively high. Metal mesh is prone to metal contamination when used, while nylon mesh is prone to breakage and needs to be replaced frequently, so attention should be paid during use.
