Structural features:This series of pumps is a vertical structure with a reasonable design, compact structure, easy opening, and convenient maintenance. The impeller is made of 304 stainless steel material through precision casting, solid solution treatment, shot blasting and sand spraying treatment, mechanical processing, and dynamic and static balance testing. The impeller structure is semi open, and the impeller is immersed in the medium. A flow guide is used to collect water, which has strong drainage force and is not easily blocked, making it easy to transport corrosive liquids containing suspended solid particles and impurities. The pump shaft is made of 40Cr material through two heat treatments and grinding, with high coaxiality and strong rigidity. In order to improve the service life of the pump shaft, shaft sleeve, and sliding sleeve, high-quality Q235-A seamless steel pipe is used on the outside of the pump shaft to manufacture a protective pipe seal connection, effectively preventing suspended solid particles and impurities from entering the shaft sleeve and sliding sleeve, and effectively reducing wear caused by harmful substances; The pump shaft and inner and outer pipes are divided into multiple sections, which are connected by coupling nuts or coupling joints in the middle. The sliding liner adopts our company's proprietary formula, SiC composite graphite liner manufactured by Morgan Stanley in the UK, with high strength and low friction coefficient.
