Equipment Introduction
The wavy strip electric heating wire of the standard COD digester heating plate is a new imported alloy material with an extremely long service life. The microcrystalline panel is a high-temperature resistant microcrystalline panel that can withstand 700 ℃, with uniform heating on the surface and fast heating and cooling rates. The heating plate uses a new type of high-temperature resistant inorganic environmentally friendly insulation material ceramic fiber. The bottom plate and surrounding area of the standard digester have low heat loss, uniform heating and thermal conductivity, and higher thermal efficiency. Microcrystalline panels are flat, smooth, and easy to clean; If the surface is contaminated, simply wipe it dry with a cloth to reduce damage to the instrument caused by improper operation.
1. The new type of glass burr reflux tube and heat dissipation system ensures the parallelism and accuracy of sample digestion results due to its excellent digestion reflux effect.
2. Digital display of microcrystalline panel temperature. Digital display of digestion time: temperature and timing can be set at any time.
After digestion, the standard COD digester automatically stops heating, and the instrument fan continues to work for 50 minutes to assist in sample cooling. It can be left unattended.
