YSIQ (D) 10 series gas/electric intelligent single seat regulating valveIt is a national Torch Plan project in 2010 and holds multiple national patents. The valve adopts a modular design with strong universality and interchangeability, and has a compact structure. The conventional top guide structure, combined with a lower guide structure that can be added under the valve seat, can be applied to various high stability and high pressure differential situations, meeting the user's usage requirements. The double-sided valve seat and body compression connection method effectively improves the sealing level and service life of the valve, and is extremely convenient to use and maintain, thereby greatly improving the comprehensive performance of the regulating valve.
YSIQ10 series pneumatic intelligent single seat regulating valve is equipped with ZM10 type multi spring high-strength actuator and intelligent valve positioner; YSID10 series electric intelligent single seat regulating valve is equipped with an intelligent electric actuator.
The ZM10 type multi spring high-strength actuator adopts a modular design, which allows for easy replacement of positive and negative action forms on site, and provides effective anti-corrosion protection for the spring, thereby extending the service life of the actuator and facilitating user use. The matching of the actuator and intelligent electrical valve positioner adopts a design without pipeline connection, which improves the seismic performance, stability and adjustment accuracy of the regulating valve, and meets the precise adjustment of working conditions.
This series of products includes various types such as standard type, heat dissipation type, low-temperature type, adjustable cut-off type, and corrugated tube sealing type. The nominal pressure levels of the product are 150lb, 300 lb, and 600 lb (PN16, 25, 40, 64, 100); Valve body diameter range: 1/2 "to 10" (DN15 to 250); Suitable for various grades within the fluid temperature range of -196 to+560 ℃; The leakage standards include Level IV, Level V, and Level VI; The flow characteristics include straight lines and equal percentages. Multiple varieties and specifications are available for selection.
