1、 Product Overview

AI series high-performance artificial intelligence temperature controller/regulator - precise, stable, powerful, environmentally friendly and energy-saving artificial intelligence temperature controller/regulator, suitable for users with high requirements for energy conservation, environmental protection and control accuracy. In addition to all the functions of a general-purpose instrument, the instrument can also directly achieve three-phase three wire phase-shift trigger output (AI-733/719 type) and position proportional output to control the forward/reverse rotation of valve motors, form a series or proportional adjustment complex system, and other rich functions (AI-719/759 type).

2、 Functional Features

1. Custom signal input technology and non-linear input custom multi-point correction function.

2. Adopting advanced modular structure and providing rich output specifications, it can widely meet the needs of various application scenarios.

3. It has multiple adjustment methods such as standard PID, AI artificial intelligence adjustment APID, and has self-tuning and self-learning functions, with excellent control characteristics of no overshoot or overshoot.

4. Equipped with power on exemption alarm function, to avoid misoperation of power on alarm.

5. Supporting RS485 or RS232 communication interfaces, it can serve as the lower computer for AIDCS intelligent distributed control systems, split paperless recorders, and touch screen control systems.

6. Allow self programming operation permissions and interfaces, and set passwords to create customized instruments.

7. AI-716P/719P/756P/759P has program control function and adopts AI artificial intelligence adjustment algorithm with curve fitting function, which can achieve smooth and even curve control effect.

8. The anti-interference performance meets the requirements of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) under harsh industrial conditions.

Selection precautions:

1. AI-756/756P/759/759P only supports panels A and E.

2. The L5 and W5 of the main output (OUTP) port are only used for 719/719P/759/759P position proportional output. When the X3/X5 module is installed in the COMM port, it serves as a transmission output function.

3. The main output of AI-733/733P is fixed as a three-phase three wire thyristor triggered output, so the auxiliary input is occupied. When selecting the main output, it is fixed as K9, and the panel size does not support D, D2, D6, E5. The main output L5 module can only be installed with 719/719P/759/759P.

4. The D panel instrument does not have an MIO port, and the COMM port and ALM port share the output channel. If an RS485 communication module is installed on the instrument, there will be no ALM port. If an alarm function is required, an alarm output module can be installed on the AUX port.

5. The D6 panel does not have MIO and ALM ports. The COMM and AUX ports share an output channel, which can be used for communication, alarm, or SL module installation. At this time, it has both alarm and communication functions.

6. Regarding Auxiliary Input (MIO): Yudian instruments already support direct input of various signals such as thermocouples and thermal resistors. Only when it is necessary to directly input 0-20mA/4-20mA or two-wire transmitter type signals, is it necessary to install an I4 input module at the MIO port.

7. Regarding the voltage output module V *: Yudian Instrument can provide power modules such as 24VDC, 12VDC, 10VDC to supply power to external devices, and can be installed on any module socket. However, it is usually recommended to install them in the MIO, AUX, and COMM positions in sequence based on whether the module is available.
