YW-HLB SPE Solid Phase Extraction Column Polymer Matrix
Extract non-polar to moderately polar acidic, neutral, and alkaline compounds
note appended:Equivalent to Waters Oasis HLB.
HLB hydrophilic lipophilic balanced filler is prepared by special copolymerization technology, containing a specific ratio of hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups: hydrophobic divinylbenzene structure retains non-polar compounds, hydrophilic N-vinylpyrrolidone structure retains polar compounds. This filler has good water wettability and can achieve ideal selectivity by adjusting the hydrophilic lipophilic balance through the aqueous phase.
HLB has good recovery rates for non-polar to moderately polar acidic, neutral, and alkaline compounds, making it particularly suitable for the treatment of complex matrices such as blood, urine, and food.
characteristic:
Universal filler with a wide range of applications
High water wettability, not afraid of solvent drying, not easy to penetrate
High recovery rate and good reproducibility
The adsorption capacity and sample loading capacity are much higher than those of C18 bonded silica gel (3-10 times)
Can tolerate pH 1-14 and is compatible with most solvents
Parameters:
Specific surface area: 600 m2/g
Average particle size: 40 μ m
Average pore size: 300 Å
Application:
Detect prohibited drugs (antidepressants, heroin) and drug residues in the blood
Detecting residues of antibiotics (penicillin, nitrofuran, chloramphenicol, etc.), catecholamines, and microcystins in food
Detecting residues of veterinary drugs (tetracyclines, quinolones), insecticides, and fungal toxins in dairy products
Application example:
Solid phase extraction method for detecting florfenicol in milk
Solid phase extraction method for detecting multiple residues of veterinary drugs in pork
Solid phase extraction method for detecting residual nitrofuran metabolites in animal derived foods
