Product Overview:

The YW type unobstructed submersible sewage pump has significant energy-saving effects, anti winding, unobstructed, automatic installation, and automatic control characteristics. It has a unique effect in the discharge of solid particles and long fiber waste.

This series of pumps adopts impeller structure and mechanical seal, which can effectively transport solid materials and long fibers. Compared with traditional impellers, the impeller of this pump adopts a single channel or double channel form, which is similar to a curved pipe with the same cross-sectional size and has very good flow characteristics. Coupled with a reasonable volute chamber, the pump has high efficiency and the impeller has undergone dynamic and static balance tests, making the pump operate without vibration.

Product features:

1. Adopting a unique single or double blade impeller structure greatly improves the ability of pollutants to pass through, effectively passing through 5 times the fiber material of the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.
2. The mechanical seal adopts hard and corrosion-resistant titanium tungsten material.
3. The overall structure is compact, small in size, low in noise, and has significant energy-saving effects. It is easy to maintain and does not require the construction of a pump room. It can work underwater, greatly reducing project costs.
4. The pump has a compact structure, small volume, easy movement, and simple installation.
5. It can be equipped with a liquid level automatic control cabinet, which can automatically control the start and stop of the pump according to the required liquid level changes, without the need for special supervision, making it extremely convenient to use.
6. The water pump is a vertical structure, and the pump body is immersed in liquid during operation, making it easy to start. There is no problem of exhaust and evacuation, and it has the characteristics of no leakage. The underwater depth can reach 15 meters.
7. The shaft connection structure is advanced and reliable, and the pump and motor are connected by a coupling. The pump shaft size is precise, ensuring smooth operation of the pump with sufficient safety factor.
8. There are two types of pumps: single tube installation and double tube installation. The supporting components include disc and square disc installation, which are suitable for different needs.

Working conditions:

a、 The medium temperature does not exceed 70 ℃, and the medium density is 1-1.3k/dm3.
b、 The pH value of the medium used for cast iron material is within the range of 5-9.
c. 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel material can be used with various corrosive media.

Operating specifications for YW type unobstructed submersible pump:

1. The unobstructed sewage pump must be installed vertically on the cover plate of the liquid material pool and is not allowed to be placed diagonally.
2. Use a manual water pump to check if the pump is stuck, and check if the direction of the motor's vortex is consistent with the required direction of the pump.
3. The YW type unobstructed sewage submersible pump must be submerged in the liquid and must not spin off or idle.
4. The outlet pipeline of the submersible pump must be equipped with a separate bracket, and its weight cannot be directly placed on the pump body.

The YW series non clogging mobile submersible sewage pump is suitable for the discharge of severely polluted wastewater in factories and commercial areas, sewage discharge stations in main residential areas, water distribution systems in urban sewage treatment plants, drainage stations in civil air defense systems, water supply equipment in waterworks, sewage discharge in hospitals and hotels, municipal engineering construction sites, mining supporting machinery, rural biogas digesters, farmland irrigation and other industries. It can also be used for conveying granular sewage and pollutants, as well as for clean water and weakly corrosive media.
