Vacuum drying is the process of reducing the boiling point of moisture in materials below atmospheric pressure, removing moisture from the material, and achieving low-temperature drying. By using a vacuum pump to extract air and moisture, a vacuum state is formed in the working chamber, which accelerates the drying speed. Working principle of square circular vacuum dryer
The vacuum dryer belongs to conduction drying, which combines a condenser, vacuum pump, and conduction dryer to form a vacuum drying device. Due to the characteristics of low drying temperature, high drying rate, energy saving, and equipment sealing and pollution prevention, most conduction dryers can be designed as vacuum drying devices. Vacuum drying plays a unique role in drying biological products, pharmaceuticals, beverages, as well as heat sensitive materials, oxygen sensitive materials, solvent recovery, and other drying processes.
A vacuum drying oven is a drying equipment that operates intermittently under vacuum conditions. It mainly consists of a vacuum drying oven, a heating system, a cooling system, an exhaust system, a temperature and pressure measurement system, a control system, and a condensation recovery system. Vacuum drying ovens are divided into cylindrical and square types. Large vacuum drying equipment often uses the former, which is characterized by good strength and stability under external pressure, and good processability. However, the effective space utilization rate of the vacuum chamber is relatively low. Small vacuum drying equipment often adopts the latter, which is characterized by a high utilization rate of effective space in the vacuum chamber. Although the stability under external pressure is worse than that of a circular shape, it can be solved by reinforcing ribs.

Technical improvement of square circular vacuum dryer
1. Add top plate heating device to effectively avoid the phenomenon of condensation water droplets on the top plate;
2. Adding a drainage device can periodically drain the accumulated water inside the box to the outside during equipment operation, resulting in secondary evaporation of condensed water;
3. Adding an air drive device can suddenly introduce air on one side of the box, driving the accumulated water vapor on the upper layer of the material to the other side of the box, and quickly pumping it out of the box through a symmetrical vacuum suction tube, thereby improving the drying efficiency.
4. Improved the heating method of the drying rack cloth by adopting an eight layer parallel and staggered water inlet method, reducing the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water, and relatively improving the uniformity of the cloth heating. The uniformity of the drying of the entire box of materials has been greatly improved.
