Overview
A vacuum dryer is a method of heating and drying materials under vacuum conditions. It uses a vacuum pump to extract air and moisture, keeping the working chamber in a vacuum state, greatly accelerating the drying rate of materials, and also saving energy.
Vacuum drying equipment is divided into static dryers and dynamic dryers. YZG cylindrical and FZG square vacuum dryers belong to static vacuum dryers, while SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryer belongs to dynamic dryers. When the material is dried in a static dryer, it is in a static state and its shape will not be damaged. It can also be disinfected before drying; The material keeps flipping during drying in the dynamic dryer, resulting in more uniform and thorough drying.
The boiling point of material solvents decreases under vacuum conditions, making it suitable for drying unstable or heat sensitive materials. Vacuum dryers have good sealing properties, making them suitable for drying materials that require solvent recovery and contain strong irritants and toxic gases.

Vacuum dryers have been widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemical food, dyes, etc., and meet the requirements of the drug management standard "GMP".
