This instrument belongs to high-precision dissolved oxygen testing equipment. Its characteristic is that it can measure the trace changes in dissolved oxygen concentration caused by cellular photosynthesis or respiration and calculate the photosynthetic rate or respiration rate.

3、 Measurement principle

Biooxygen analyzer(Dissolved oxygen testerAccording to the Clark oxygen electrode principle, it consists of a cathode, an anode, and an electrolyte. Oxygen molecules diffuse into the electrolyte and form a measurement circuit with the cathode and anode. Under constant temperature, there is a linear relationship between the current in the circuit and the oxygen concentration in the solution, which is used to calculate the dissolved oxygen concentration.
