■ Accuracy

Accuracy guarantee of rotary disc surface (x6 test grinding discs with height difference): 2μ
Minimum unit of upper and lower axis feed accuracy: 1μ
■ Spindle and motor

The upper and lower axes are driven by AC servo motors.
3HP V3 level spindle dynamic balancing motor. (YRG-03/04)
The precision spindle adopts a straight type, ABEC Class 7 (P4) bearing, 0.003m/m TIR.
YRG-03 The front end of the spindle bearing uses one roller bearing and two angled ball bearings, while the rear end uses two angled ball bearings.
The YRG-04 main bearing uses two angled ball bearings at the front end and two angled ball bearings at the rear end.

Front, rear, and rotating discs

The Z-axis and rotary disc are both driven by AC servo motors.
The rotating disc moves at different speeds.

■ Bottom bed and sliding rail

Z-axis double V, left and right 1V flat, with wear-resistant Turcite B attached, and manual carving. The 3-axis sliding rails are all hard rails.
Integrated casting bed and slide rail.
The main castings are made of Mihanna high-grade cast iron, which has been annealed and quaternized without deformation.
