The ZA type chemical desulfurization pump is a new product optimized and designed based on the new technology of ****** and combined with the actual use of users. Its rated performance and installation dimensions comply with the ISO2858 standard, and its manufacturing technical conditions comply with the ISO5199 standard. It is mainly suitable for the transportation of slurries with solid content less than 50% and media containing crystalline impurities in chemical processes.

3、 Compared with IH pumps, IJ chemical pumps have the following characteristics in terms of structure:;

1. Shortened the cantilever of the impeller and increased the diameter of the shaft;

2. Asymmetric cross-section volute and pump casing without mouth rings;

3. Using three imported bearings;

4. Equipped with a new type of seal similar to *****'s double end mechanical seal or packing seal.

1. It can transport media with high viscosity or solids, and the efficiency of the pump is higher than that of the IH pump;

3. Increasing the strength of the shaft reduces the deflection of the rotor, resulting in stable operation and long sealing life;

4. The impeller nut is integrated with the impeller, improving the inlet conditions of the pump and enhancing its anti cavitation performance;

5. The shaft seal form of * * * improves the sealing effect and reduces pump leakage;
