The electric fluorine lined regulating valve is powered by an electric motorExecuting AgencyandButterfly valveComposed of a combination, the fluorine plastic lined butterfly valve adopts the internationally popular soft lining process, and is lined with 2-3mm thick fluorine plastic (F46 or PFA) at the parts in contact with the medium. It has the advantages of good anti-corrosion performance, rapid opening and closing, long service life, and small leakage.
Fluorine lined plastic butterfly valves can be equipped with pneumatic piston actuators or electric actuators to meet various self-control requirements. They are widely used in industrial production processes such as chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, power, and environmental protection for on-site automatic adjustment, cutting off, and remote control.
Valve structure and composition
Soft lined butterfly valves have low starting and closing torque and excellent switching performance
The base of the soft seat ring is formed by rubber injection molding, and the inner wall in contact with the medium is formed by F46 (or PFA) injection molding. The two are combined into a special process and installed into the valve body, making maintenance and replacement of the seat ring extremely convenient.
Fluorine lined plastic structure and principle
The inner cavity of the valve body and the butterfly plate lining F46 (or PFA) can almost resist the corrosion of all chemical media and can resist the penetration of fluoride ions for a long time;
The soft lining seat ring has an appropriate amount of elastic deformation when the butterfly plate is closed, ensuring zero leakage of the valve;
The butterfly plate and shaft are manufactured as an integrated unit, and PFA bearings are used between the shafts, which not only guide the use of the shafts but also provide good lubrication;
There is a mechanical seal protection between the butterfly plate and the valve seat ring, ensuring no axial leakage;
Soft lined butterfly valve is a type of composite material that uses flexible materials. The rubber PTFE composite seat ring can produce certain elastic deformation when the valve is closed, ensuring zero leakage and excellent reciprocating performance, while greatly extending the service life of the butterfly valve.
