
Purpose: ZBW series landscape prefabricated substation (referred to as:Box transformer)It is a compact complete set of power distribution equipment that combines high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, low-voltage electrical equipment, etc., and is used in urban high-rise buildings, urban and rural buildings, luxury villas, square parks, residential communities, high-tech development zones, small and medium-sized factories, mining and oil fields, and temporary construction sites. It is used for receiving and distributing electrical energy in the power distribution system, integrating the substation with the surrounding environment naturally.
Execution standards: The ZBW series landscape prefabricated substations comply with the relevant requirements of the standard IEC1330:1995 "High Voltage/Low Voltage Prefabricated Substations" and GB/T17467-1998 "High Voltage/Low Voltage Prefabricated Substations".
Structural features: The 12kVZBW prefabricated substation has the characteristics of strong completeness, small size, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and mobility. Compared with conventional civil substations, box type substations of the same capacity usually occupy only 1/10~1/5 of the conventional substation, greatly reducing the design and construction workload and construction costs. In the distribution system, it can be used for ring network distribution systems, as well as for dual power or radiation terminal distribution systems. It is a new type of complete equipment for the construction and renovation of urban and rural substations.
Usage conditions: a、 The ambient air temperature shall not exceed+40 ℃ and shall not be lower than -25 ℃. The average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed+35 ℃. b、 The altitude of the usage location shall not exceed 1500M. c、 The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of+40 ℃, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures. (For example, 90% at+20 ℃) should take into account the possibility of occasional condensation due to temperature changes. d、 The inclination of the equipment during installation with respect to the vertical plane shall not exceed 5%. e、 The equipment should be installed in places without severe vibration and impact, as well as in places where electrical components are not susceptible to corrosion; The seismic intensity shall not exceed 8 degrees. f、 When users have special requirements, they can negotiate with the manufacturer to resolve them.
