Scope of application:

The ZC-Q10000 ultra large flow aerosol sampler is developed based on relevant standards of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China and international standards, combined with domestic environmental characteristics and usage habits. It is mainly used for monitoring and sampling of specific environments by radiation environmental monitoring departments at all levels.


Main features:

1. Adopting world-class oil-free and maintenance free variable frequency fans (pumps), it can achieve year-round work and meet routine and emergency radiation sampling tasks;

2. The structure is designed using advanced aerodynamic principles and has extremely high capture efficiency;

3. Adopting advanced frequency conversion control technology, stable flow regulation, energy saving and consumption reduction;

4. Built in lightning protection module, power supply, and space EMC protection device, providing lightning protection, anti-interference, and electromagnetic compatibility protection functions, suitable for various harsh working environments;

5. Equipped with high-precision flow sensors, it can achieve closed-loop automatic adjustment, realize constant current sampling, and compensate for temperature and pressure, automatically convert to standard flow rate, and record cumulative sampling volume;

6. Adopting industrial grade color touch LCD screen, it can display real-time data such as flow rate, real-time working status, cumulative sampling time, cumulative sampling volume, and weather (optional) locally, generate and display curve graphs and database information; And it can display content such as sampling accumulation time, volume, standard condition volume, current flow rate, meteorological parameters, operating status, fault information, etc;

7. The sampling method is flexible and has multiple working modes such as timed sampling, fixed volume sampling, and interval sampling;

8. Equipped with RS-232 and 485 serial ports, expandable wireless networks and wired networks such as broadband and fiber optic cables, convenient for accessing provincial and national data centers, transparent data transmission and protocol conversion, supporting virtual data private networks, peer-to-peer, point to multipoint, and center to multipoint data transmission, with protocols and library functions for real-time data communication. Through remote communication, remote status and real-time data query and control can be achieved;

9. It has detection and protection functions for air path blockage, fan overheating, and low flow rate;

10. Adopting external noise reduction technology, the distance between the intake and exhaust ports is greater than 3m, and it achieves upper and lower exhaust, without being affected by the exhaust port during operation;

11. The air inlet can be optionally equipped with a self controlled temperature infrared heater, which is suitable for continuous sampling in high humidity environments;

12. The shell and main components are made of 304, 316 stainless steel and composite materials, and the metal surface is sprayed with outdoor plastic to ensure the normal use of the instrument in harsh environments such as high temperature, high humidity, strong salt spray, typhoons, etc;

13. The structural part is designed for wind, rain, snow, typhoon, sand and other climatic conditions, in accordance with IP54 design specifications, to ensure long-term stable operation in the field.
