1、 Overview of electric fluorine lined ball valve
Electric fluorine lined ball valveFrom DSR serieselectric actuatorIt is composed of a fluorine lined ball valve, and due to the high-pressure injection molding process used for the valve cavity and ball body, it is lined with corrosion-resistant and anti-aging polytetrafluoroethylene (F46), which has reliable corrosion resistance and sealing performance. The actuator can provide sufficient torque to ensure reliable opening and closing of the valve, and is equipped with an automatic reset clutch that can automatically reset when power is lost. The built-in valve position feedback device can achieve the transmission and remote control of valve position signals.
2、 Characteristics of electric fluorine lined ball valve
1. Corrosion resistance: The inner cavity and body of the valve body are lined with F46 with a thickness of 2.5-3mm, which can resist acid, alkali, and strong corrosion.
2. Adopting soft sealed valve seat, with good sealing performance.
3. Small size, light weight, simple structure, easy installation and maintenance.
