The ZDLBP electric insulation regulating valve core adopts an upward guide structure, with a compact valve structure and an S-shaped channel, which reduces pressure drop loss, increases flow rate, has a wide adjustable range, and high flow characteristic accuracy, complying with the IEC534-2-1976 standard. Electric insulation regulating valve is suitable for occasions that require insulation. When the crystallization temperature of the process medium is lower than the ambient temperature or the fluid temperature decreases, causing an increase in viscosity or solidification of the fluid, a steam insulation jacket device is added at the valve body and upper valve cover to meet the process control requirements of the process medium. The electric insulation control valve is composed of a 3810 series (PSL series) electronic electric actuator and a low flow resistance control valve body. The electric actuator is an integrated structure with a servo amplifier inside. The valve opening can be controlled by inputting control signals (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) and power supply, achieving the adjustment of working parameters such as pressure, flow rate, liquid level, and temperature.
