Almost all self-priming pumps in the market will encounter this problem:
1. Too many sealing surfaces. New equipment is better, while old equipment is prone to sealing surface leakage, damage to equipment, and pollution; It will leak all the liquid inside the pump body; The leaked liquid will corrode the embedded parts in the pump body and directly damage the equipment. This is a big problem.The ZF pump has only one sealing surface and no embedded parts inside the pump body. There are fewer sealing surfaces, fewer leakage points, and it is also easy to locate. Even if there is a leak, it will not damage the equipment. High self-priming height.
2. Machine seal issue. Pumps all have a mechanical seal issue. In addition to normal wear and tear of the machine seal, many times it is abnormal damage, resulting in greater losses. We use a patented machine seal with a cooling surface 3-6 times that of a conventional WB2 machine seal, and the cooling surface extends into the interior of the pump body to prevent the formation of bubbles and avoid abnormal damage as much as possible.
