The rake vacuum dryer produced by our company is designed and improved based on the technology of domestic rake vacuum dryers for various slurry, paste, granular, powdery, fibrous and other materials. The transmission part adopts a stable and durable cylindrical gear reducer, the active shaft adopts a thickened stainless steel solid shaft, and the rake teeth adopt high-strength cast stainless steel rake teeth, fully ensuring the stable operation of the rake vacuum dryer in various harsh working environments. Two or four tapping rods can be added inside the shell to facilitate rapid drying and crushing of materials. The heating medium can be steam, thermal oil, or hot water.
Application scope
Especially suitable for drying heat sensitive materials, materials that are prone to oxidation at high temperatures, materials that are prone to hardening during drying, and materials that require recovery of steam emitted during drying. After drying, the material is in powder form, so it is more suitable for finished products in powder form. After drying, it can be directly packaged without crushing. The feed moisture content of the rake type vacuum dryer can reach 90%, and the dried material can be in the form of slurry, paste, granular, powdery or fibrous. After drying, the moisture content of the material can reach 1% or even 0.5%.
