Product Overview
The valve core structure of ZJHQ and ZJHX pneumatic thin film three-way regulating valves adopts a cylindrical thin-walled window shaped valve core guide, which is different from the liner guide of the plunger shaped valve core. Equipped with multiple spring actuators, it has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, small volume, and easy disassembly and assembly. Widely used for precise control of processes involving gases, liquids, and other media, such as maintaining pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level at given values. Suitable for situations where a fluid is split into two streams through a three-way valve or two fluids are combined into one fluid through a three-way valve. When the nominal diameter and pressure difference are small, the merging valve can be used in diversion situations and can be used interchangeably, but when the nominal diameter is greater than 80mm and the pressure is low. In situations where there is a significant difference in diversion, it cannot be used interchangeably.
This series of products has two types: three-way merging and three-way branching. The nominal pressures are PN16, 40, and 64; The nominal diameter range is DN25-300. The applicable fluid temperature ranges from -60 ℃ to+450 ℃. The leakage standard is level IV. There are two types of flow characteristics: straight lines and parabolas.
