The ZKS3000 series high-precision impermeability tester is a new generation of testing equipment that determines the compressive and impermeability performance of concrete specimens under long-term constant internal pressure in accordance with national standards. It mainly consists of a control cabinet, computer, pressure testing platform, etc.
The control system consists of a two-level control system consisting of a computer and a pressure control unit. The upper computer mainly completes graphic processing, data processing, and data management. The lower computer controls the water pressure system to achieve the target pressure according to the instructions of the upper computer, and then controls multiple test benches through different pressure pipelines to achieve long-term constant internal pressure and impermeability tests of concrete specimens. This machine has the following advantages:
1. The test process is controlled by a computer, which displays pressure values, test time, and test status in real time. There can be multiple test zones, each with a multiple of 6 test molds according to needs. Each zone is controlled separately, and multiple pressures can be used to conduct different pressure tests on each test bench at the same time. Each pressure does not affect each other and has high control accuracy. In addition, an accumulator buffer system is equipped to improve pressure accuracy and constant pressure effect;
2. Using computers for data processing and analysis, the experimental results can be automatically saved. After the experiment is completed, the experimental curve can be retrieved again, and the experimental process can be reproduced by traversing the curve, or comparing the curves and enlarging them;
3. The experimental software on the Windows platform, which is entirely in Chinese, has powerful data and graphics processing functions, and can print complete experimental reports and curves in real time;
4. Equipped with overload protection function;
5. The control components have excellent performance and high accuracy.
6. This product is controlled by a computer to automatically boost voltage, reducing the working time of operators and improving work efficiency. The number of test groups can be selected according to user requirements, which can meet the needs of users with large test volumes.
7. Using branded components such as American precision pressure sensors, American Parker solenoid valves, branded accumulators, imported electric plunger pumps, and imported branded electrical switches, the accuracy and stability of the testing machine are ensured from the control principle and the quality of electrical components.
8. By using an accumulator to supplement pressure, passive control is achieved, reducing the working time of the motor and pressurization system, improving the service life of the pressurization system, and ensuring pressure accuracy. The accumulator adopts well-known brands to improve reliability and stability.
9. Adopting imported electric plunger pump for boosting, it has low working noise, fast pressurization speed, long service life, high stability and reliability, and is not easily damaged
