detailed description
ZLB and ZLQ pump series are single-stage vertical axial flow pumps. Suitable for transporting clean water, sewage or wastewater, and liquids with slight corrosiveness, the temperature of the transported liquid is generally not higher than 50 ℃. This type of pump is a high flow, low head pump that can be used for salt plants, aquaculture, water supply, drainage, sewage treatment, power plant transportation of circulating water, farmland irrigation, dock water level lifting and other water conservancy projects. It can also be used in industries such as metallurgy and chemical engineering (special requirements can be designed separately), and has a wide range of applications.
2、 Structural features:
The vertical axial flow pump can be designed as a double foundation layered structure or a motor pump direct connection single foundation structure.
A、 Double foundation vertical layered structure
1. The pump is mainly composed of the pump body, transmission device, and transmission shaft.
1) The main body of the axial flow pump consists of an inlet horn, impeller, guide vane body, outlet bend, shaft, bearing, packing seal, etc. The two ends of the pump shaft are supported by upper and lower pairs of water lubricated rubber bearings and Sailong bearings, and the surface of the shaft neck is plated with hard chromium.
2) Two sets of nuts are installed at each end of the pump shaft, which are respectively fixed to the impeller hub body and coupling. When the pump is running, all axial forces are borne by the thrust bearings inside the transmission device. The axial displacement of the pump rotor is adjusted by the round nut inside the transmission device.
3) The axial force of the axial flow pump, the weight of the transmission device and motor, and the weight of the rotor are all borne by the floor foundation supporting the transmission device. The weight of the pump casing is borne by the foundation.
4) A middle drive shaft is installed between the vertical motor and the water pump, with an elastic coupling at the electric motor end of the drive shaft and a rigid coupling at the water pump end. The installation elevation of the motor is agreed upon by the user and the manufacturer.
5) The length of the transmission shaft is generally used within the size range specified in the installation outline drawing. If it exceeds the specified size, an intermediate bearing needs to be installed.
6) The outlet channel of an axial flow pump generally adopts a straight cone diffusion outlet pipe, with an outlet valve installed at the end.
2. The impeller has undergone static balance verification.
3. For cylindrical impellers, they are generally integrated with the inlet horn, and the blade placement angle is installed in place at once according to user requirements. Users are not allowed to change it arbitrarily. For spherical impeller chambers, users can stop and adjust the blade placement angle as needed.
4. The gap between the outer edge of the impeller and the impeller chamber is about 0.1% of the outer diameter of the impeller. When the conveying medium is sewage or impurities, this gap should be appropriately increased.
5. Steering: When viewed from the direction of the motor, the water pump rotates clockwise.
B、 Motor and pump directly connected single foundation structure
1. The water pump is directly connected to the motor through the motor support, and the outlet can be designed above or below the foundation layer according to engineering requirements.
2. The axial water thrust of the water pump is converted into internal force of the unit, which is not transmitted to the foundation, greatly reducing the design strength requirements of the foundation load.
3. The installation, centering, and maintenance of the water pump are very convenient, without the need for an intermediate transmission shaft.
4. Axial flow pumps can be designed as rotor component extraction or integral extraction.
5. The pump shaft can be protected by a protective tube and lubricated with clean water to cool the sliding bearings, suitable for working conditions with media containing particles.
6. The inlet channel of the axial flow pump can adopt an elliptical inlet channel to improve cavitation resistance and device efficiency.
