Working principle

The vibrating screen is excited by the operation of an electric motor, and the vibrating part is connected by a spring to form a complex spiral vibration. The vibration trajectory is a complex spatial three-dimensional curve, which is a circle when projected horizontally and an ellipse when projected on two vertical planes (i.e. vertical, horizontal, and inclined three-dimensional motion). Adjusting the phase angle of the vibrator's up and down rotating weight blocks can change the motion trajectory of the screen material. When the upper and lower weight blocks overlap and the phase angle is at 0 degrees, the material will radiate outward from the center; When the phase angle of the heavy hammer block is 90 degrees, the material converges towards the center.
