ZSHO/ZDRO series "O" shaped cutting ballvalveSmall caliber adopts a two-piece ball valve structure, while large caliber adopts a three piece ball valve structure. The valve body consists of two parts, the main and the auxiliary. The ball core adopts a full bore, with a high rated flow coefficient and low flow resistance. The surface of the ball core is hardened using a special process to make it smooth and wear-resistant. The valve seat sealing material is carbon fiber reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene, which has low valve seat wear, excellent sealing, long service life, and strong cutting performance. The actuator adopts high-performance dual piston gear tooth strip structure or fork type structure, with high transmission efficiency, compact structure or electronic electric actuator. The nominal diameter range of this series of products is DN15~500mm (1/2 "~20"), and the nominal pressure rating is PN1.6~10.0MPa (150lb~600lb).
FEATURES
- Valve seat limit structure (torque stability): The valve seat sealing ring is properly pre tightened and limited, greatly reducing the operating torque; The bottom of the valve seat is equipped with a spring to maintain stable torque;
- Valve stem anti flying design (safe and reliable): The bottom mounted valve stem prevents the valve stem from flying out due to high medium pressure, completely eliminating safety hazards;
- Unique fire-resistant design (able to maintain sealing after fire): The soft sealed valve seat adopts a combination valve seat with a stainless steel seat wrapped in a polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring with a sealing surface, and there is a small gap between the stainless steel seat sealing surface and the sphere. When the PTFE sealing ring is destroyed by fire, the floating sphere is pressed against the stainless steel seat under the pressure of the medium, and at the same time, the stainless steel seat is pushed against the core by the spring at the bottom of the valve seat, forming a seal between the sealing surface of the sphere and the stainless steel seat;
- Anti static device (can lead out static electricity): a simple and easy to install anti-static device that keeps the ball, valve stem, and valve body connected as a whole, and the static electricity generated by the friction of the sealing surface caused by the switch is led out;
- Standard actuator: Pneumatic and electric are interchangeable.
