Product Overview
The biggest feature of ZZW type self operated temperature regulating valve is that it only requires a regular 220V power supply and uses the energy of the regulated medium to directly automatically regulate and control the temperature of steam, hot gas, hot oil and gas media. It can also be used in situations where overheating or heat exchange is prevented. The valve has a simple structure, easy operation, wide temperature control range, fast response time, reliable sealing performance, and can be adjusted freely during operation. Therefore, it is widely used in hot water supply in chemical, petroleum, food, textile, hotel and restaurant sectors
The nominal diameter of this series of products ranges from 20 to 200mm, with nominal pressures of 1.0, 1.6, 4.0, and 6.4MPa. The operating temperature range is from -20 ℃ to 350 ℃, and the received signal is from 0 to 10mA DC or 4-20mA DC is used to change the flow rate of the regulated medium to maintain the controlled process parameters at the given values. The single seat regulating type is suitable for situations where the pressure difference is small, the medium viscosity is high, or there are slight particle impurities. Sleeve adjustable type is suitable for situations with large pressure difference
