ZEISS MICURA - Small size, high-precision three coordinate system
Compact and precise
The development of the ZEISS MICURA solution is specifically designed to meet the new demands of increasingly compact and precision demanding parts processing in industrial production. The ZEISS MICURA is equipped with Zeiss' VAST XTgold high-end sensor and navigator leader technology, with active scanning function and measurement accuracy of less than micrometers. Especially for small and complex parts with small tolerance ranges, such as those in optical and electronic products, ZEISS MICURA demonstrates powerful functionality. In addition to its compact size, the system can measure volumes up to 500 x 500 x 500 millimeters, thus far surpassing similar instruments.
High precision and high-speed scanning
Zeiss' VAST XT gold sensor has an extremely high scanning speed, with up to 200 measurement points per second. Therefore, in addition to quickly obtaining geometric features, it is also possible to accurately capture shape and position parameters such as roundness and flatness in a short period of time. This sensor can be equipped with extremely small probes. The diameter of the smallest probe is only 0.3 millimeters ZEISS VAST Navigator Technology.
Automatic measurement of speed
ZEISS MICURA comes standard with VAST navigator technology. It automatically configures the optimal measurement speed based on the determined accuracy, significantly reducing measurement time. ZEISS MICURA can decelerate and move in areas with higher precision requirements. For situations with simple contours or low precision requirements, the movement speed can be correspondingly increased. Navigator technology can also save time through tangential scanning, spiral scanning, and fast dynamic needle calibration. Computer aided accuracy (CAA) automatically compensates for measurement errors caused by the inertia effect of dynamic induction.

Rotating probe
2.5By rotating the measuring head, the spatial sampling can reach 20736 angles, greatly meeting the measurement needs of various specifications of irregular parts. The equipment only requires spatial calibration of 15 angles, which can be adjusted directly for measurement at any angle, greatly improving the efficiency of workers and reducing the tedious calibration processWhen measuring half angle and irregular angle, it is your best helper for measurement
Glass ceramic grating ruler
Glass ceramic grating ruler (used in all high-end machines worldwide), with almost zero thermal expansion coefficient, suitable for use in places with large temperature changes, and can ensure high benchmark stability without any compensation measures
High repeatability accuracy source
Surrounded by air flotation on all sides, it reduces the force and is more durable and stable. Long term use ensures high measurement repeatability accuracy, especially for the Y-axis. In order to maintain the best experience for customers with air flotation on all sides, an additional marble is added at an extra cost to improve user efficiency
