3. Install a ball collector on the condenser outlet pipeline, connect the DN50 flange outlet of the ball collector to the ball receiver port of the ball launcher, and install a DN50 ball valve on the pipeline. The main unit of the rubber ball cleaning device should be positioned as close as possible to the condenser.

4. The pipeline is simple, reducing the bends and length of the pipeline.

5. To ensure the smooth cleaning of the heat exchange tube by the rubber ball without being blocked or scratched by debris, it is necessary to ensure that there is no welding slag, iron filings or other debris in the pipeline from the condenser inlet pipe launching point to the ball receiver receiving point and the condenser end cover. It is recommended to install a filter before the condenser inlet pipe launching point.

6. Leave 0.6 meters of maintenance space around the mainframe of the rubber ball cleaning device. Connect the wires of the water flow switch and the electric valve of the filter according to the corresponding numbers.
