The Vibrosice vibration slicer uses a vibration slicing knife for tissue slicing, and the vibration slicer will not cause slice damage due to other slicing methods. Fresh live brain tissue or slices of other tissues can reach a thickness of 50-700 microns. After being fixed in tissue (without embedding or freezing), the slice thickness can reach 20 microns. This is very useful for improving the application of some histological reagents (such as in the process of treating with horseradish peroxidase). The lateral displacement of the blade is 1mm, and the vibration frequency is between 60-4500rpm. This way, slices of various tissues with different structural mechanisms can be obtained. The slice sample propulsion displacement of NVSLM1 model is motorized, while the slice sample propulsion displacement of NVSL model is manual.
